There have been many complaints from the administration of the Joaquin Herrera as well as the Parents Association concerning delays in finishing the pavillion at the school.

The Councilor for Sports, Andrés Márquez Castro, has now stated that the pavillion will finished before the start of the next academic year.
The Councilor has been holding meetings with the municipal technicians and representatives of the contractor, Jarquil Andalucía S.A., in order to try and resolve the outstanding problems.
