Official celebrations begin on June 23rd at 19:30 with a meal for the Nerja ‘seniors’ at Restaurante Ayo on Burriana beach.
At 21:30, things will kick off on Burriana beach with dancing and a performance by the group ‘Hados Negros’. The traditional burning of the ‘jua’ is at midnight and this is followed by a firework display.
June 24th is a holiday in Nerja.
