The Guardia Civil in La Algaba, Sevilla, has noted 32 cases of illegal use of Diesel B, subsidised fuel for agricultural purposes,one case of the illegal sale of the fuel and one for possessing the fuel without crediting its source, an act which constitues fraud against the Treasury.
During the inspection of diesel fuel, two people were detained for road traffic offences, one was detained for forging docuements, twenty four were denounced for the possession or consumption of drugs and two were charged with violating firearms regulations.
