A judge in Utrera, Sevilla, has ordered detention in custody for the boyfriend of a woman found dead in Los Palacios on July 1st.
The man was arrested last Tuesday as the alleged murderer of the woman whose body was found at 21:00 on July 1st in a lock along the Canal de Los Presos in Los Palacios.
The judicial investigation, however, will move to Dos Hermanos as this is where the couple lived and is thought to be where the killing took place. Although the body was found in the lock in Los Palacios, an autopsy ruled out drowning as the cause of death.
There was no history of compliants or abuse in the household.
