A 28 year old Colombian national has been arrested in Benalmádena on charges of indecent exposure.
Throughout July, several female residents in a block of apartments in Benalmádena complained of being approached by an individual who was naked from the waist down and wearing a hood and who then proceeded to masturbate in front of them.
Police officers questioned residents in the block and discovered more women who had been subjected to similar experiences. The investigation led to the detention of a 28 year old Colombian man on charges of indecent exposure.
