The body of a 47 year old man was found yesterday in the swimming pool at his home in Rincón de la Victoria.
The deceased, initials J.M.B.C., lived alone at the house, located in calle Málaga. His brother discovered the body at the bottom of the swimming pool on Sunday morning.
The body showed no apparent signs of violence and there was no indication of forced entry into the premises, leading police to believe that it is a case of drowning. An autopsy is being carried out at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Malaga to determine the exact cause of death.
