Interesting new site, in some ways, showing crime rates throughout the UK. Put in a postcode or town and you can see crime levels, types of crime etc for that area.
Being an ‘official’ website, of course, one has to be wary of taking it as gospel. People have already pointed out that there are far too many ‘average’ areas when, in fact, some of these are described as veritable battle zones, particularly at weekends, by those who live there.
Interesting, though, to get a rough idea. Would have been better, perhaps, if it was not an official site with the obvious constraints…..Crime Maps….
