A 43 year old worker was killed and another injured yesterday on the Las Palmeras industrial estate in Cantoria, Almería, when a pallet of marble fell on top of them.
The men were working in the warehouse belonging to Mármoles Martínez Caicedo, a family business, when the accident occurred. One of the men was moving a pallet of marble slabs when, for reasons as yet unknown, it fell on top of him and his companion.
