The Guardia Civil and Civil Protection have called off the search for a hiker presumed missing in the Tiro Pichón area of Alhaurín de la Torre.
The search began on Thursday after a man called the Emergency Services to say that he was lost, tired and had suffered several wounds on his arms.
Guardia Civil and Civil Protection units from Alhaurín El Grande, Cártama and Alora have been carrying out an extensive search of the area but have failed to find any trace of the hiker.
