A 23 year old Briton is in a critical condition at the Costa del Sol Hospital following a stabbing incident in Fuengirola.
The incident took place in calle Moncayo, a small street near the paseo marítimo Rey de España, in the early hours of the morning. The youth was stabbed once in the stomach and twice in the back.
Staff at the Mai Tai disco called the Emergency Services and tried to stem the flow of blood and keep the youth conscious until the ambulance and medical team arrived.
The only description of the attacker is that he is short, slender, of North African origin and was wearing a white hood.
