It has taken ten years, but J. D. Shapiro has finally stepped forward and admitted to writing probably the suckiest movie of all time. The movie was awarded a Razzie for the ‘Worst Movie of the Decade’, quite an accolade, and richly deserved.
Shapiro himself only saw the movie once, which he says was ‘one time too many’. I think I managed about ten or fifteen minutes, at most, and with a struggle.
So, what went wrong? Shapiro explains all in an open letter to the New York Post. And the film was? Have a guess.
