The Junta de Andalucia is adopting the simplification of various procedures affecting tourism in the region, most notably in connection with Directive 2006/123/CE of December 12th 2006.
The idea is to streamline procedures in line with European Directives to consolidate a free movement of services and to guarantee more transparency and security for consumers.
