The socialist PSOE in Torrox intends to file a motion before the full Council that the municipality ceases to be a ‘large tourist area’ as regards shop opening times.
The PSOE want the Council to make the necessary arrangements with the Junta de Andalucia to rescind the February 2009 resolution allowing freedom of opening hours for shops and businesses during Easter and from July 1st to September 15th each year.
