Police in Algeriras have detained two 21 year old youths and confiscated 900 kilos of hashish in the latest operation against drugs trafficking in the area.
A boat suspected of carrying drugs was spotted off the coast and when it landed at Los Delfines in the suburb of San García, police officers were able to detain two people as they drove off in a vehicle loaded with 900 kilos of hashish. The boat headed out to see when the police appeared on the scene.
The Guardia Civil in Algeciras has intercepted 1,480 kilos of hashish since June 24th.
