Storms and heavy rains last night claimed the lives of three people in the province of Córdoba, two dying when their vehicle was washed away, the third being killed when a wall collapsed.
An SUV was washed away during heavy rains near Lake Zóñar in the municipality of Aguilar de la Frontera. Police found the SUV with the body of the driver inside but had the impression that he had not been alone and they began to search the surrounding area.
The body of a woman was found early this morning about 200 metres away.
In Bujalance, a 36 year old man died when a wall collapsed as a result of the heavy rains.
