It is now one month since anyone has seen 32-year-old Juan Antonio Gómez Alarcón, a resident of Málaga who set out on July 20th on a hiking route in the Sierra de Mijas.
Numerous searches have been carried out by both the Guardia Civil and volunteers and friends of the family, but so far no trace of the young man.
It is a distressing time for the family, knot knowing if Juan Antonio Gómez Alarcón is alive or dead, trapped or injured. The searches are continuing.
