At midday yesterday a robber entered a branch of the Cajasol bank in calle Fray Marcos de Niza in the Santa Clara district of Sevilla and fled with an estimated €6,000 in cash.
The robber was allegedly carrying a firearm, although it is not known whether the weapon was real or a replica and, wisely, no-one was eager to find out.
The National Police are investigating the incident. No arrests have yet been made.
