The Balcon de Europa was, as one would expect at this time of year, a hive of activity throughout the evening and into the night. Apart from anything, the lack of any wind at the moment, unusual for August, means it’s actually cooler to be outside than inside.
Only one busker, an accordion player, milling around. Just a couple of regulars these days, not the variety as in the past which is a bit of a shame. No tango dancers, either.
