A thirty year old workman died yesterday morning after being buried under 5,000 kilos of sand while working on a ditch in Huelva.
The alarm was raised at 09:53 while work was being carried out near the prison in Huelva. Medics were unable to attend to the man until firemen had dug him out of the sand, by which time there was nothing they could do for him.
