A judge in Málaga has ordered the provisional imprisonment of a woman whose newborn baby was found in a plastic bag in her kitchen.
Medics attending the woman after she had complained of severe stomach pains and bleeding soon realised that she had recently given birth and notified the Provincial Commissioner.
The woman has been charged with murder.
