Around 12,000 people attended the VI Día de la Almendra (Day of the Almond) in the town of Almogia on Sunday with some sixty exhibitors from the region showcasing their products. Visitors were able to sample a variety of local products, soups, stews and pastries as they enjoyed the entertainment.
