A new association has been formed in Nerja, the Asociación de Mujeres Fibroaxarquía, for people suffering from the disease fibromyalgia.
The president of the association is Loli Ruiz and membership is open to both men and women as well as to non-sufferers, such as the family and friends of sufferers. One of their main objectives is to explore alternative therapies for the relief of pain.
Meetings will be held in the Centro Clara Campoamor, room 1, on Tuesday mornings and evenings and on Wednesday evenings.
