Two arrested in Granada for credit card fraud

The National Police in Granada have arrested a 47 year old man and a 29 year old woman who were using a stolen credit card to make purchases in two shopping malls.

The pair, who have a long history of run-ins with the police, obtained the credit card in a bar and then set off on a shopping spree, attempting to purchase, amongst other things, a PS3 and an XBox 360 to the value of €1,194.

Police tracked the two fraudsters and then made the arrest. The credit card belonged to a student from Granada.
