After giving evidence in court in Sevilla, a man detained in La Vega del Guadalquivir on charges of sexually abusing his five year old son has been released on bail.
The arrest was made following a complaint made by a woman that her ex-husband had sexually abused their five year old son. The complainant, who is separated from her husband and with whom she had two children, stated that while the five year old was watching television with his father he began touching the boy.
She added that since this time, the boy wipes away any kisses given to him and doesn’t like to be touched.
The woman also informed the Guardia Civil that her husband had sexually abused their daughter and, in addition, he was also the subject of a restraining order for the alleged sexual abuse of a niece. The niece was eleven years old at the time of the alleged offence.
