A 77 year old man died in Málaga on Wednesday morning as a result of injuries sustained the day before when he was run over by a lorry backing into a parking space.
The accident occurred at midday on Tuesday in calle Yunquera on the La Estrella industrial estate. The lorry was backing into a parking space when the driver realised he had hit someone.
The injured man was taken to hospital with various broken bones but his condition deteriorated, possibly due to internal injuries, and he died in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
