The Ertzaintza have arrested five Chinese nationals in Portugalete in connection with the death of a 47 year old man, also a Chinese national.
The incident occurred at around 01:00 at a house in Avenida de Abaro. Four people were arrested at the scene, a fifth, thought to be the killer, was arrested later in Puerto de Santurtzi.
A search of the crime scene led to the discovery of a kitchen knife covered in blood which police believe could be the murder weapon.
