The pilots union SEPLA is planning further strikes on January 25th, 27th and 30th as they continue their protest against Iberia’s decision to set up a low cost airline, Iberia Express.
The strikes on January 9th and 11th resulted in the cancellation of 215 flights and affected 23,000 passengers. Along with the December strikes, around 55,000 passengers have been affected.
