A 55 year old man was injured in the early hours of Sunday morning after he and his horse fell into a disused well, about three metres deep, at the side of the A-8005 in La Rinconada, Sevilla.
The authorities were notified of the incident at 00:50 on Sunday morning and they found the man and his horse in the well. The man had suffered a broken leg and was taken to the Hospital Virgen Macarena in Sevilla.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
