A man died on Friday afternoon following a shooting incident in calle Cuesta del Calvario in Cuevas del Almanzora.
Police were alerted to the shooting at around 19:55 and found a wounded man at the scene. The victim, an ethnic gypsy, was rushed to the hospital de la Inmaculada in Huércal-Overa, Almería, but later died from his wounds.
The alleged perpetrator, also an ethnic gypsy, has been identified although not yet located.
