Michelin-starred Spanish chefs will form the jury for a culinary competition to be held during the ‘Día del Boquerón Victoriano’ celebrations to be held between September 20th and 23rd 2012 in Rincón de la Victoria.
The competition is open to culinary students and will take place on September 21st. The jury will comprise chefs Dani García, Ángel León, Celia Jiménez, Kisko García, Diego del Río and Adolfo Jaime, along with food expert Fernando Rueda and journalist Esperanza Peláez.
The three finalists will be awarded practical courses at restaurants belonging to the participating chefs.
