Granada 1-0 Málaga

Granada took another step towards survival in the top flight with a 1-0 win against Málaga, Ighalo scoring what turned out to be the winner in the 28th minute. Málaga slip to sixth place after Valencia beat Osasuna 4-0 with goals from Soldado, Ricardo Costa, Banega and Jonas from the penalty spot.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, eventually came out on top in a seven goal thriller against Valladolid. Oscar put the visitors ahead after 8 minutes. An own goal from Valiente levelled the scores before Cristiano Ronaldo gave Real the lead.

Guerra found the net for Valladolid and it was all square at half time. After the break, a second goal from Ronaldo and one from Kaká put Real in charge. Valladolid pulled one back just before the end through Sastre but it wasn’t quite enough and Madrid took the three pints with a 4-3 victory.
