A 21-year-old Brazilian woman was seriously injured in the early hours of Sunday morning when, for reasons unknown, she attempted to jump from one balcony to another in the Madrid suburb of Aravaca.
The incident occurred at 01:30 at an apartment block in Avenida de Europa. The woman attempted to jump from one second floor balcony to another and fell five metres onto the balcony below. She suffered serious head injuries and is now in a critical condition in hospital.
