Four youths have been detained in the San José Obrero district of Alcantarilla for their involvement in a brawl at a nightclub which left two people dead from gunshot wounds.
One of the youths shot and killed two men, aged 25 and 53 years, after a brawl at the Blue Diamond nightclub on the San Ginés industrial estate. After the shooting, the youths fled the scene and then parked their car outside the home of the alleged killer, making it easy for police to locate them.
Around thirty police offices cordoned off calle San Mateo as the alleged gunman barricaded himself inside the house. A police negotiator was called in and after several hours the alleged gunman was in custody. The remaining three youths were picked up shortly after.
