A man committed suicide by jumping from a viaduct after allegedly killing his two daughters aged 7 and 9 years in San Juan de la Arena, Asturias.
At around 18:00 on Thursday the man, initials J.I.B.A., threw himself off the La Concha de Artedo viaduct. After police identified the man, they went to his home in San Juan de la Arena where they found the lifeless bodies of his two daughters, aged 7 and 9 years.
The man was separated from his wife and had visitation rights. According to reports, the man was due to deliver the girls to their mother, who lives in Soto del Barco, that same day.
