A 74-year-old woman died on Thursday morning following a fire at her home in calle Corta in the Cerro del Aguila district of Sevilla.
A neighbour reported the fire and the Fire Brigade were apparently on the scene five minutes later.
The deceased woman was found sitting at a table, upon which was a header. Although the body had some burns, the main hypothesis is that the woman died from poisoning by the smoke from the heater.
