The III Christmas Decorative Facade Competition, open to members of the Nerja Centro Association, attracted seven participants, these being Cafetería Torre de las Guardias, Electro Carmari, Marroquinería Olmos, Ópticas Chaves, Floristería San Miguel, Hotel Balcón de Europa and Victoria Complementos.
The winner of the first prize of €300 was the Hotel Balcón de Europa. Second prise, €200, went to Electro Carmari and the third prize, €100, went to Marroquinería Olmos.
