Dia de la Pasa – Day of the Raisin (September)
This fiesta takes place in El Borge and visitors get to sample migas, tripe, raisins (of course) and the local wine, all free gratis and for nothing. As well as a day of music and dance, there is a tradition
called the Baile de la Rueda, a sort of dance around the Maypole.
