Anyone with a garage or an entrance that allows access for a vehicle to a house or building must pay this annual tax. The tax for 2013 will now include the No Parking Sign (Vado Permanente – Entradas y Salidas de Vehiculos) which has now become an annual fee rather than a one-off payment.
The rate for 2013 is €105 plus €25 for the sign, so €130 in total for the year.
This No Parking Sign permits you to call the police if a car is parked in front of your car entrance.
