A 45 year old worker died on Wednesday morning at the Albuñol quarry in Granada province while operating machinery.

Albuñol. a municipality on the Granada coast and comprising six towns and twelve villages has a Local Police force which is unable to use its vehicles because the municipality has no money for petrol.
Woman dies after falling from car
A woman died in the early hours of this morning after exiting a car on the A-345 near Albuñol. It is not yet known whether this was of her own doing or whether she was pushed.
