A farmer in Alicún de Ortega, Almería, was injured yesterday after getting caught in the blades of his ploughing machine. The incident occurred at around 15:00 and firefighters had to cut the blade and leave it attached to his leg in order to prevent bleeding. The farmer was then transferred to Hospital Torrecárdenas to have the blade removed.
