The mother of the nine year old boy whose body was found in a suitcase on Menorca has stated that he died in 2008 and it was out of fear that she hid the body.

Police on Menorca have identified the remains of a young boy found in a suitcase and have arrested the mother of the child on suspicion of causing his death.
