Unions and management have signed an agreement which will end the cleaning strike in Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga province. The industrial action began one week ago with minimum service levels in operation.

As the strike by cleaning staff in Jerez continues into its second week, around 2,000 children are currently unable to attend classes due to the unsanitary conditions in schools. The employees of the municipal cleaning company have already received one of the outstanding payrolls but are continuing their action.
