José Ignacio de Juana Chaos has been detained in Belfast, where he had taken up residence since his release from Prison in Spain last August. De Juana Chaos was the subject of an international ‘search and detain’ warrant issued by the Spanish Court after he failed to appear in court to answer charges of ‘glorifying terrorism’.
