The football match in aid of the victims of the earthquake in Haiti took place on Sunday and ended in a 4-1 victory for the National Veterans. The scorers for the National Veterans were Fran, Manjarín, Héctor and Romero, the goal for the Málaga Veterans coming from Servia.
Festival raised €3197.84
The organisation Doctors Without Borders has received the monies collected at the Festival for Haiti held in Nerja in February, the total amount raised being €3197.84. The money will be used by Doctors Without Borders to support various projects is is involved with.
Concert for Haiti

In yet another sad indictment of the world today, Spain is to provide Haiti with a genetic identification program to help combat the traffic in children in the wake of the devastating earthquake earlier this month.
Novel collection in El Borge
Solidarity Sunday in El Borge raised a total of €1,518 for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. The money will go to Haiti via the Fondo Andaluz de Municipios por la Solidaridad Internacional (FAMSI).

Sunday ITV proceeds destined for Haiti
Fifty ITV (vehicle inspection) stations in Andalucia will be open on Sunday from 09:00 to 13:30, with the entire proceeds being donated to the Red Cross to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. It will be a first come, first served situation with no appointments possible either through the normal phone number or via the website.
