An independent report commissioned by Ruth Ortiz, mother of missing children Ruth and José, has confirmed that skeletal remains found at finca Las Quemadillas in Córdoba during the early stages of the search are in fact those of the two youngsters and not, as was initially thought, the bones of small animals.
