The Mayor of Rincón de la Victoria, Encarnación Anaya (PSOE), has announced a new municipal ordinance to replace the one in operation for the past ten years and which covers everything from shaking carpets on balconies to placing advertisements on cars.

A new city ordinance introduced in Granada today sees, amongst other things, the banning of prostitution in public places with fines for both the prostitutes and their clients.
