Málaga Council has approved an amendment to the 2009 Mobility Ordinance which will lower the maximum speed limit on single-lane roads and one way streets to 30 kph.
Plans for variable speed limits
The Interior Minister, Jorge Fernández Díaz, has announced government plans to install new panels on all Spanish motorways and dual carriageways to set variable maximum speed limits based upon prevailing weather and other road conditions.
