A total of 384 swimmers from 23 Andalucian clubs took part in the VI Tomás García Tamudio Memorial Trophy in Málaga and there were medals for two Nerja swimmers.
Medals for Nerja’s young swimmers
At the XXII Campeonato de Andalucía de Natación Alevín de Invierno held in Jaén at the weekend, local Municipal Swimming Club members Lourdes María Herrero Centurión and Paola González Martín claimed a total of ten medals between them.
Local swimmers qualify for winter championships
Good performances by local young swimmers Lourdes María Herrero Centurión and Paola González Martín have gained them direct entry into the Andalucian Winter Swimming Championships to be held in Jaén on March 7th, 8th and 9th.
Young Nerja swimmers do very well in Vélez-Málaga
Nerja’s young swimmers were in action over the weekend in the II Open Chupete in Vélez Málaga and they achieved seven podium finishes and set three new records.
