Normally there is only one poor soul who forgets (benefit of the doubt) to move their car when there is a procession, despite the big police notices put up well in advance. Today, however, it was at least four cars that were towed away in just one street.

It is never a wise move to risk parking in an area with big several signs stating ‘no parking from…until the procession is finished’.
