Saborea Guadalhorce, a homage to the tomato

The tenth edition of the gastronomic festival ‘Saborea Guadalhorce’ takes place in the Valle del Guadalhorce during August and this year pays homage to the tomato and nine restaurants will be offering dishes made from over forty different varieties of tomato, although hopefully not all in one dish. Unemployment in the Valle del Guadalhorce

Unemployment in the Valle del Guadalhorce has risen by 34% in the past 12 months, the building trade being particularly badly hit. Many inland municipalities have suffered more than coastal regions, Ronda has also seen a 22.2% rise in unemployment this year.
